Shipping and Returns
New Look Press wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please email us at publisher@newlookpress.com. We may be able to
resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packing material until you're completely
satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

Include your packing slip indicating the reason for your return. We will issue a full refund for most items in new
condition returned within 30 days after purchase. Books, CD’s and DVD’s must be returned unopened. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the
desired item.
If the item purchased was a gift to you, the refund will be credited back to the original credit card holder.
Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
Only the current price of items in our store will be available at the time you place a new order. |
